This is by far the BEST bloody mary I’ve ever had. It’s extremely rich in color. This is not your typically tomato based bloody mary and it’s not very spicy but it has some lovely features and flavors. Here’s how it reads on the menu:

Garden bloody mary with beet infused vodka, smoked paprika and spicy pickled veggies.
